Returns

Please fill in the Return Form after carefully reading our return, exchange and refund policies. We will be happy to answer any further questions you may have at sales@faf.gr

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We only replace items for the same item if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@faf.gr and send your item to: FAF Kidswear, 9, Narkissou str, 15125 Maroussi, Greece.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items undergo meticulous quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for the order transaction.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact support at sales@faf.gr

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: FAF Kidswear, 9, Narkissou str, 15125 Maroussi.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but you shall be informed upon receipt of your return.

Before returning the product(s), please fill in the following form and we will contact you.
Please specify:

  • the Order No to be returned
  • the product Code
  • the number of items to be returned
  • the reason why you are returning the product (if damaged a photo would be helpful)
  • the payment details for refund (if applicable)
